The SIP Forum released its list of attending companies for the third SIP Network Operators Conference (SIPNOC 2013), to be held on April 22-25 at the Hyatt Dulles Hotel in Herndon, VA. The three-day conference, which focuses on service provider technical and operational challenges and opportunities related to the deployment of SIP-based services, continues to attract technical leadership from leading MSOs in the US and Canada as well as senior engineering and network operational staff from the worldwide carrier community.
Attending service providers include AT&T, Armstrong Utilities, Bell Canada, Bright House Networks, Cablevision, Cinchcast, Cincinnati Bell, Comcast Cable, Cologix, Consolidated Telecom, Cox Communications, France Telecom Orange, iBasis, Liveops, nexVortex, Optimum Lightpath, Rogers Business Solutions, Socket Telecom, Sorenson Communications, Swisscom, TDS Telecom, Telefonica International, UNINETT, Vocalocity, Voxbone, WDT (World Discount Telecommunications), XO Communications, and Ziggo.

SIPNOC 2013 serves as the meeting place for this community to discuss and resolve these issues in an educational and commercial-free environment.”
In addition to carrier participants, SIPNOC 2013 has also attracted a group of SIP community stakeholders from vendors, governments and research organizations such as Acme Packet, Avaya, Broadsoft, CableLabs, Cequint, Cisco Systems, Commetrex, Current Analysis, Dialogic, ECG Inc, Edgewater Networks, Faxcore, Federal Communications Commission, GENBAND, Georgetown University, Huawei Technologies, Integrated Research, Internet Society (ISOC), Metaswitch Networks, NENA, NTCA, Patton Electronics, Polycom, Public Knowledge, RecordMyCalls, Sangoma Technologies, Sansay, Siemens Enterprise Communications, SNOM Technology, Sonus Networks, UNH-IOL, and Yealink Network Technology.
